Clear Care Home Care Agency is proud to serve our nation's veterans. It is our goal to be a guide in finding resources for veterans care, such as the VA COMMUNITY CARE NETWORK (CCN). This benefit allows qualifying veterans who are part of the VA Health Care to receive in home care, paid for by the VA if approved. Veterans have the right to choose their community providers, as long as the provider is a member of the CCN.
